CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy At Serene Haus of Hair we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth scheduling process for all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: • 48-Hour Cancellation Notice: All appointment cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this window will not incur any charges. • Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before your scheduled time, you may be charged a cancellation fee of $15 • No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 35% of the total service cost as a no-show fee. • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, we encourage you to do so at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid any fees and to ensure availability. • 20-Minute Grace Period: We allow a 20-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive within this window, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your service time may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients. • Late Fee: If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, a $30 late fee will be applied. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and considered a no-show, resulting in the 35% no-show fee.
